How much do your services cost?

• Our services are free to our clients. We receive payment from the hotel companies themselves with no additional fees added to the rate.

What are your hours of operation?

• Your hotel needs can change by the hour, so it is not practical for us to have set hours either! We can be reached 7 days a week.

Do we pay you or the hotels for our rooms?

• We will be your liaison for everything for your stay, including payment. We are the middle man to get you the necessary paperwork, but all payments go through the hotel themselves.
